I wanted to send you a note to thank everyone on the NightFixx team for all of their hard work. It struck me over the 4th of July weekend how nice it was to have 4 days off from work that were actually worry free. I brought my laptop home and never opened it! It is a pleasure working with them while on call; they work very hard and you can tell they want to do a good job. It is never a burden to take their phone calls while I am on call, they are always pleasant and genuinely care about doing the right thing. I personally wanted to let everyone on the team know how much they are appreciated.
